Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Monroe, WA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. 

International Shipping
At this time, we offer international shipping through USPS to many countries such as Canada, Australia, Puerto Rico, France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Colorwave Nails is not responsible for additional charges incurred upon receipt or delivery of order. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Keep in mind during the holiday season and due to COVID-19, tracking may take longer to update than normal. If your tracking hasn't updated, and your order hasn't arrived within 3-4 business days, please contact us at colorwavenails@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to look into it for you!
